Stress is the result of
our inability to create positive thoughts in our mind. It
takes more energy to create negative thoughts. If we take
charge of the thoughts in our mind we can also control our
stress levels. Everything we've ever
seen, heard, felt, smelled and touched from the time we are
born is stored in our subconscious
mind...the hard drive that feeds our conscious mind ...the
part of that makes our decisions based on our history of
stuff.
Much of this information
is other peoples values we've taken on as our own.
Our unique programs assess this stuff
within our inner self ...and pulls out the negative energy
and replaces it with powerful positive motivation...using
suggestion development techniques that reprogram our
thinking to bring it up to date to meet the needs of today.

techniques to the public.
The first
step is :Managing Your Stuff?
A
stress management and goal setting program that builds
confidence and
encourages accountability
There
is a phenomenon occurring inside your company right now It’s
called the “Zeigarnik Effect”
Dr. Bliuma
Zeigarnik, a behavioral psychologist, found a direct correlation
between increased stress and incomplete tasks in the workplace.
She also reported a tie between increased stress and decreased
ability to attain certain goals and that people are twice as
likely to remember unfinished tasks as completed ones.
The
Zeigarnik Effect can cripple a company.
Our own
research has shown that people want to master their tasks and
realize goals. So it’s critical that management understand the
link between unmanaged stress and goal achievement.
Understanding that link, and seeking outside counseling from a
specialist company like ours, will enable management to prevent
The
Zeigarnik Effect
from taking root and spreading.
